Gazeley Gem is a two-bedroom townhouse in Hamilton, near the University of Waikato. Use the address and arrival instructions in your confirmed booking when planning your route. Check traffic before setting off and allow extra time around events.
Parking in plain terms
There is a single internal-access garage. Larger vehicles can be a tight fit, so ask us about access before booking if you are bringing a ute, van or SUV. Additional street parking is subject to availability and local restrictions. There is no dedicated trailer space.
The garage is also pictured as a games area. It cannot serve as a clear play space and a parking space at the same time.
Access to the bedrooms
Both bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms are upstairs. The staircase means the sleeping areas are not step-free. Please discuss any mobility or access needs with us before booking.
Checking in
The property uses an electronic door code. Follow the instructions provided for your booking; access details are shared privately. Ask in advance about an early arrival or late departure, as availability and charges may apply.
