Bedrooms Upstairs

Both bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are on the upper level, reached by an internal carpeted staircase. Sleeping areas are not step-free.

Single Garage & Street Parking

One internal-access garage on site. Larger vehicles can be a tight fit. Additional street parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac.

Keyless Door Code Check-in

Self check-in using an electronic door code. Access instructions and your unique code are sent privately before your arrival.

Handy Distances

Close to the University of Waikato, Hamilton Gardens and the central city, with the wider Waikato within easy reach. Exact driving times vary with traffic; check your route before travelling.
