Annie & Isaac.
We’re the people behind Gazeley Gem. We want you to feel welcome, know what to expect, and have a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.
Annie
Hospitality from the start.
Annie grew up in Kunming, China, where her mother managed a hotel. She went on to study tourism management at Lincoln University, bringing that hospitality background to the way she hosts today.
Annie speaks Mandarin and is happy to help with local recommendations when she can.
Isaac
A local perspective.
Isaac grew up in Hamilton. While studying graphic design at the University of Waikato, he worked at The Narrows Landing Hotel, gaining hands-on experience behind the scenes.
Today, that local knowledge helps guests find their feet, whether the trip is for work, family or a few days away.
